微系统所的科研方向侧重于材料尤其是硅基材料研究,因此本次论坛将针对硅基材料的“前世与今生”展开讨论。会分为六个报告,依次为:

Li Zheng Male Date of birth: Nov. 11, 1991. Organization: SIMIT, CAS. Major research: Power devices and photoelectric devices. Achievements in scientific research: over 30 SCI papers (12 papers of 1st author and 5 papers of coresponding authors) and 10 patents. Educational background: 2011.6 Nanjing University, Kuangyaming Honors School, Physics, Bachelor; 2016.9 University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Microelectronics and solid-state electronics; 2015-9-2016.8 UCLA, Joint doctoral student. Awards: 2018 Excellent doctoral dissertation of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Excellent doctoral dissertation of China Education Society of Electronics; 2017 Shanghai Sailing Program; 2016 Special Prize of President Scholarship.
