"Awareness-Based System Change" from MIT, has been germinating in the fertile social soil of China since 2012, through a series of cross-sector innovation program jointly held with Tsinghua University. Many cutting edge organizations in business, not-for profit and government sectors including some of the most avant-garde business schools have adopted the framework and started capacity building and change programs in this age of disruption. Globally more than 100 thousand participants from 185 countries have joined the online-to-offline u.lab platform and started the journey of "transforming business, society and self". In the 2050 un-conference, we, the practitioners in social art and social technology, will join force with "the open-source tech community" and carry our a sensing journey to all the other "reunions", and later provide a "system" view to the 2050 eco-system.
