王鑫 XIN哥 是WorkFace合伙人。2018年开始返乡，营造以正念和身心健康为纽带的乡村未来生活社区。2020年发起XIN乡邻事务所，一个致力于提供心性陪伴的共创式会员制社群。
缪妙Chloe是《范式进化地图》作者/老师/身心成长行业资深翻译，17年行业经验，致力于推广身心成长的整合修为方式，是WorkFace社会大学的联合发起人、VTC视觉思维社群的联合发起人、妙思共创文化的创始人。
邱琳Annie是敢想敢干的追梦人，跟喜欢的人做好玩的事，比如创办见智达·做到；参与乌镇戏剧节、舞蹈夏令营、作曲家采风；经营幸福的四口之家；以教练的方式爱世界……
